    I have been interested in watches for a very long time and like many others, I started my journey buying pieces in the lower price range. I knew I wanted to step up a bit into a more luxury-type brand but found myself very overwhelmed with the whole process.
    Thankfully I found Bezel and was able to connect with Chris who was just incredibly helpful. He is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell these guys just love watches and really know their stuff. He took a lot of time with me asking the right questions that helped me discover the route I wanted to go.

    I had the opportunity to purchase and acquire my first watch from Bezel last week. A Vacheron, 7900V Overseas, Dual Time, which was advertised as being produced in the year 2021, unworn, complete with box, papers, and two additional straps. I was skeptical because I was unaware of the Bezel organization.
    I researched Bezel and then made contact with Chris; he is the Concierge for Bezel, and apparently often the first contact one will have if there are written or verbal inquiries. He was outstanding. Extremely professional, and very patient in answering all of my questions which took several calls. He outlined the acquisition, authentication, and delivery process. Bezel is very interesting, because after they acquire the watch from the seller, they authenticate it’s veracity in-house. This involves more than just authenticating the actual watch; there are other databases, which they also utilize to make sure the watch has not been stolen etc.

    I was able to follow the acquisition, authentication process, and delivery through the app. The entire process was really first rate, and truly exceptional! I received the watch completely as advertised. There was a nice hand written letter from Chris; the watch was even set to the correct time, in my time zone, to include the date. I would highly recommend Bezel for your next watch purchase and I look forward to doing future business with them.

I was a little worried about a relatively big purchase being done online – however their professionalism throughout and assurances as well as the ability to use credit cards (no fee!) was enough for me to try.     If you are even a little bit into watches this app is an amazing resource. It is 100% five star service from beginning to end.
    Browsing Bezels large and diverse collection of watches is a fun way to kill time for any watch enthusiast, and it will help newcomers to really ramp up their knowledge of the luxury watch world.
    When it comes to buying a piece, I could not be more happy that I chose to go through Bezel. I purchased an “Unworn” Omega Seamaster 300 and the watch arrived within 4 days exactly as advertised: Not a scratch or mark on it, with full box, papers, and warranty. I like the bezel site, either bid on a timepiece or search and find your favorite through their search engine. Long story short, my bezel associate was Blake R. He was fantastic, very responsive and even took the time to give insight on questions I had. The purchase process was very fast, organized and very thorough. I highly recommend BEZEL, the Omega planet ocean I purchased was presented w-clear, consise photos. No hidden fees, charges etc. I also asked for the watch to be delivered to a fedex store for pickup, didn’t want it sitting on my porch for a pirate to snag it.     I purchased a watch and had it shipped to my clinic as it would prohibit wandering eyes at home since the watch was a present. Watch was not shipped out on the day it supposed to be shipped. The next day was Friday and the clinic is open on Saturday for the overnight delivery. I texted and stated that and also stated I would not be in clinic until the next Friday due to a conference. Blake said not a problem, and set up the delivery for the following Friday. Flawless execution, I received the watch early on Friday. I would recommend to anyone looking for a watch to got through Bezel.

    1. The site isn’t intuitive to navigate.
    2. I purchase a watch listed as an air king, it isn’t! it’s an OP, Authentication should’ve caught that

The communication was crisp and fast, the quick authentication and overnight shipping was great, and I noticed small details like the clock being set to Eastern time where I am vs. Pacific time where they authenticated the watch. The Concierge Team was not only responsive to my questions, they proactively called and messaged to let me know the watch was going to take longer to arrive than originally expected as they worked out a couple discrepancies with the seller. In the end it meant I got exactly what I expected and wanted based on the listing. I highly recommend Bezel and will return for any future luxury watch purchases.

    I had an excellent, end to end experience. Prior to purchase, I had a few questions and they were answered promptly via chat within a few hours. Once I purchased, it was very clear the status of the order (eg., waiting for payment, paid, seller shipped, authentication completed, etc.). The entire process from order to receiving the watch took about a little less than 1.5 week. The Rolex watch was beautiful and just as described. When I had a question after receiving the watch, it was answered promptly as well! Highly recommend! If I had one feedback was the payment method. They charged 2.9% transaction fee for using a credit card. It was an extra $500. It seemed a bit much so I decided to use the wire option.
